Responsibility of Houses of Selim - Village Tourism.
Casas de Selim - Turismo de Aldeia only assumes responsibility for the procedures of the act of booking.
Casas de Selim - Village Tourism shall not assume any responsibility arising from the verification of any supervening facts, such as adverse or extreme weather conditions, other phenomena of natural origin, breakdowns, noise caused by man or animals, inside or outside the property/accommodation reserved for the stay.
Although it does not assume any responsibility, Casas de Selim - Turismo de Aldeia will always try to guarantee assistance to its customers.
Customer responsibility
The customer is responsible for the veracity of all information provided relating to his/her personal identification.
The reservation will be confirmed after your due payment, so the proof must be legible.
Liability for damages
Casas de Selim - Turismo de Aldeia is not responsible for any damage caused by the customer during the stay or beyond
.
Cancellations
A change/cancellation of the reservation is only allowed if communicated by the customer at least 15 days in advance of the start of the stay.
If you wish to change/cancel the booking, the customer will not be entitled to any amounts already paid.
In the event that the customer does not report to check-in on the scheduled date, the reservation will be considered cancelled.
Litigation
In the event of a dispute, the applicable law is that of the Portuguese Republic.
In the event of a dispute, the consumer may have recourse to an Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution Entity. More information on Consumer Portal www.consumidor.pt ( Law No. 144/2015 )
